1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.

2. How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 3 to 4 business days after your order is processed.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

5. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please email us as soon as possible at Support@jandjjournals.com. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update the address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

6. Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped, we may be able to cancel or modify it. Contact us at Support@jandjjournals.com as soon as possible.
